Our hope in changing the fall formal theme is to make our two formal events more equal- right now there is great demand to attend the Fezziwig, and not so much the Fall formal. We hope to add skits to the Fall formal, similar to the skits we have at Fezziwig. Otherwise, the venue, band, and dances are already similar. We hope that balancing the disparity between our formal events will allow more people overall to attend one of our formal events, and not be too disappointed if they are not able to attend both due to registration limitations.
For both of our annual formal events, registration through our website is now required to attend, and beginning in 2025 we will be raising the cost of attendance at formal events to $15 per person or $45 per family. Registration will be limited. We do not keep a wait list. We do not have volunteer capacity to host the same event twice in one week. For those interested in helping, we are always looking for musicians, callers, actors, set up/take down, and tech help!
