This workshop breaks down the modern concept of a "High-Value Man," focusing not on superficial qualities but on the strength of emotional intelligence. Men will explore key topics such as emotional availability, self-awareness, and communication—learning to navigate relationships and life with greater depth and authenticity. Through guided exercises, you'll build tools for emotional regulation and discover what it means to be a truly "high-value" man from the inside out.

OUR PRESENTER:
Courtney Brame is the founder of Selfed, a platform that fosters emotional wellness for men through open dialogue, yoga, and self-inquiry. A Yoga-Informed Emotional Wellness Practitioner, Courtney’s work challenges societal norms around masculinity and emotional expression. He advocates for a deeper, more intentional approach to emotional intelligence, helping men live authentically and develop healthier relationships.
