This workshop creates space to explore menopause through a different lens: not as a problem to fix, but as a powerful transition that deserves understanding, curiosity, and honesty.
What This Workshop Is (and Is Not)
This is not a clinical or medical deep dive into hormones, symptoms, or biological processes.
Instead, this workshop focuses on:
✔️The mental and emotional narratives surrounding menopause
✔️The fears and cultural conditioning that influence how we experience this phase
✔️How internalized expectations around aging, femininity, productivity, and worth show up in our lives
✔️Identifying where fear may be quietly diverting us from moving forward
What to Expect
This is an interactive, conversation-based workshop — not a lecture.
During this session, you can expect:

✅Breaking down common health and wellness narratives and how they actually apply to you
✅Identifying underlying fears and obstacles that may be quietly shaping your choices
✅Space to reflect, ask questions, and gain clarity around your own patterns
✅Practical insight into shifting from fear-based wellness to trust-based self-care
The goal isn’t to give you more rules or more things to fix.
It’s to help you understand what’s driving your thoughts, behaviors, and beliefs — and how to move forward with intention, confidence, and self-trust.
