Rooted to Rise: Certified Youth Mentor Training Program

Do you feel called to guide the next generation?
Join us for a powerful, full-day immersive training experience designed for mentors, coaches, educators, and community leaders who work with youth ages 12–17.

This program goes far beyond theory. You’ll walk away with practical, evidence-based tools that strengthen relationships, build trust, and enhance both mentor and mentee growth. Together, we’ll explore:

✅ Understanding your role as a community mentor

✅ Core values and character development

✅ Anger management & physiological responsibility

✅ Mindfulness & emotional regulation

✅ Empathy, tolerance, & trust-building

✅ Accountability in mentorship

✅ Digging deeper into root-cause problem solving

✅ Partnering with parents & providing resources

Through interactive small-group scenarios, reflection prompts, journaling exercises, and case studies, you’ll gain the confidence and clarity to mentor with integrity and impact.

What You’ll Experience:

•Engaging workshops with guided scripts and role-play practice

•Mindfulness activities to improve presence and emotional awareness

•Reflection exercises to deepen your personal values as a mentor

•Tools for connecting families, schools, and community resources

•A supportive environment to grow alongside other mentors

Who Should Attend:
Mentors, youth leaders, educators, coaches, faith leaders, community advocates, and anyone committed to empowering the next generation.

Format:
Full-day interactive training with a mix of lessons, hands-on exercises, journaling, and discussion. All materials, workbooks, and resources included.

Dedication:
This program is dedicated to the mentors who give their time, the families who share their trust, and the young people who remind us daily why this work matters.

Together, we are Rooted to Rise.
