The Heart Of Writing

This is your invitation to a peaceful afternoon exploring the very Heart of Writing. Here we discover that writing doesn’t have to be a struggle - it’s possible with practice to let writing flow naturally from the heart. Over the past five years of practicing in online groups, we’ve discovered the combining heart meditations with space for free writing has helped many people to rediscover their natural writing voice and develop their writing skills in the most wonderful ways. The practice is simple, effective and light-hearted.
Everyone is welcome, whether you write poetry or prose, emails or shopping lists, writing can be a beautiful practice for yourself and, if you feel to share, a gift for others.
Spaces are limited and advanced booking is highly recommended. This event is offered on a sliding scale to make it accessible to all, with 10% of proceeds supporting the charity work of the Heart Of Living Yoga Foundation.

You are also warmly welcome to join a morning of Heart Of Living Yoga (10am-1pm) and/or a bring and share veggie lunch (1-2pm) at the Tara Centre.
