The Heart of The Matter!!!
Join us April 27, 2024 at the Sulphur Springs K-8 Community School as we discuss how to raise awareness & increase participation in heart health programs & resources offered throughout the county. If we know better, we can do better & reduce the chronic disease rates in our communities.
The PHEARLESS Leaders Hillsborough Collective...Champions For Change wants to help create a Hillsborough that's thriving and progressing and we NEED YOUR INPUT!!!
We want to get a pulse for what the community needs, their knowledge of available resources and how we can improve the healthcare related to various chronic diseases in our community, starting with heart disease. If we can find out what you need, how you need it and when you need it, we can hopefully bridge the gaps and create a healthier Hillsborough!
