A four-hour evening devoted to being fully receptive to your inner experience — through somatic embodiment, Yoga Nidra, cacao, and the vibrations of the gongs. Why it matters
We all know moments when the heart is open.
Life flows. We feel connected, present, and alive.
And we all know moments when the heart closes.
The mind takes over. Life feels heavier.
Everything takes more effort.
In those moments, we protect, evaluate, and hold back — often without noticing that we are doing it.
Many of us believe an open heart depends on circumstances.
When life feels good, the heart opens.
When life is difficult, it closes.
But people with an awakened heart live differently.
They don’t wait for better moods or easier situations.
They know openness is an inner choice — one that is available even now.
This evening is devoted to helping you grow that capacity:
to choose openness gently and reliably, even when life feels challenging.
How the Evening Unfolds
The evening is spacious by design — long enough to slow down, relax, and feel the heart directly.
Through rest, movement, stillness, and sound, you experience how openness can arise naturally — not through effort, but through allowing.
Cacao Ceremony – supporting warmth, presence, and receptivity
Somatic Embodiment – grounding openness in the body and nervous system
Yoga Nidra for the Heart – deep rest where openness unfolds on its own
Heart Initiation Practice: Openness – learning to stay open with all emotions, without shutting down or becoming overwhelmed
Gong Bath – vibrations that quiet the mind and make the heart’s qualities easy to notice
Integration and Rest – time for silence, reflection, and settling
Openness as the Source of Creative and Loving Action
When inner experience is welcomed, action no longer comes from habit alone.
It begins to arise from:
presence instead of reactivity
creativity instead of repetition
truth instead of self-protection
This is not passivity.
It is a way of meeting life with clarity and care.
Duration: 4 hours
No preparation needed: simply bring yourself as you are.
Facilitators

The Invitation
Inner openness is not something you achieve.
It is something you learn to come back to.
As openness becomes familiar:
energy returns
mood steadies
actions feel clearer and more aligned
This evening is an initiation —
into the felt confidence that openness is not fragile or accidental,
and that you can return to it,
with kindness toward yourself,
again and again.
