Expect juicy flows, spontaneous dance breaks, and contagious smiles, all fueled by a live DJ soundtrack that keeps the vibe high and the energy flowing. This experience connects breath, beat, and heart to leave you feeling grounded, inspired, and fully alive.

Join us in-store at lululemon Las Olas Blvd for this one-of-a-kind experience that brings the community together through movement, music, and mindfulness.

Class will be led by Lesley Carney and music by DJ Adam Cole

What to Wear:
Dress for movement and comfort. We recommend breathable, flexible pieces that let you move freely — think shorts, joggers, leggings, or yoga pants paired with a tank or fitted top. Class is practiced barefoot. The room will be at a comfortable temperature, so no extra layers are needed, though a light top for savasana is always welcome.

What to Bring:
A yoga mat, sweat towel, and water bottle — and of course, your best energy.
