The "Healing Power of Voice" workshop offers a transformative experience designed to reconnect you with your authentic self through the vibrational energy of your own voice. Over the span of four hours, you will engage in a series of guided activities and practices that explore the therapeutic benefits of vocal expression. The workshop begins with a brief introduction and explanation about the human voice, followed by interactive exercises aimed at releasing emotional blockages and fostering self-awareness.
You will delve into various vocal techniques which can unlock deep emotional healing and promote relaxation.
Through the shared experience of all voices in the group, you will discover the profound sense of community and support that arises when people come together to express themselves freely through the healing power of voice.
This event will be facilitated by experienced practitioners who will guide attendees in harnessing the therapeutic power of their voices, allowing for a holistic approach to healing.
By the end of the workshop, you will leave not only with new vocal skills but also with a renewed sense of empowerment and a deeper understanding of how your voice can be a powerful tool for self-healing.

RAQUEL NUNES
Raquel Nunes is an accomplished musician and biologist who has spent the last ten years developing a pioneering method that utilizes the voice to support self-healing and holistic health.
She is a Soprano singer, with a Bachelor’s degree in Music, conductor, voice teacher, singing therapist, biologist and vocal researcher.
Experienced opera performer with masterclasses under renowned artists from Brazil, Chile, Austria, Germany, and Switzerland. Choral experience in Germany and Switzerland.
After earning her Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences, she committed ten years to a personal research project exploring integrative biomedicine, focusing on the interconnectedness of mind and body. Her work in preventive health has a significant impact on the vocal, emotional, and immunological well-being of vocalists.
She is now at the helm of the Choir Vozes da Serra de Santa Rosa de Lima, in the south of Brazil where she lives, and handles the channel 'Meu Eu e Minha Voz' (My Self and My Voice) on YouTube and Instagram.
As a voice teacher and therapist, she extends her services through online and in-person platforms.
Raquel is an active member of the Brazilian Association of Singing Teachers @PROCANTO.
