Join us on Saturday, August 23rd from 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM for The Healing Power of Sound: A Self-Care Workshop, designed exclusively for women working in the mental health field. Whether you’re a therapist, social worker, counselor, psychologist, case manager, or mental health advocate, this experience is for you—a space to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your own well-being.
We’re honored to host this session at The Practice Collective in Southfield, MI, a secure and HIPAA-compliant coworking space created specifically for mental health professionals. With private sound-dampened offices and a calm, supportive atmosphere, their mission to serve providers aligns beautifully with ours—holding space for the people who hold space for others.
Led by Certified Sound Healing Practitioner Heidi Gilbert, this workshop features a grounding and restorative sound bath to help you release stress and restore inner balance.
