A 6 week series on healing your heart with Buddhist Teacher Chelvi in Canterbury

Many of the things we turn to for happiness never give us the real satisfaction, fulfillment, or freedom that we desire. In this meditation series we will explore how through the practice of loving kindness meditation we can develop a more stable and lasting happiness that arises from within our own heart.
Developing this kind of happiness will improve every aspect of our life and relationships.
Through a blend of guided meditations, insightful teachings, and discussions, you will be taken on a journey of self-discovery, of empowerment and of inner peace. Suitable for complete beginners as well experienced meditators.
Sessions last for an hour. They are suitable for complete beginners and those with more experience of meditation. Classes can be attended on a drop-in basis, as each session is self-contained. Light refreshments will be served before or after the class.
About this series: This 6 week series aims to teach effective, meditation-based solutions to everyday problems taken from the Kadampa Buddhist tradition.
