So what is this group about .... helping you to kickstart your own personal healing journey ..... working through your many layers .

Very much from a spiritual perspective but ALL aches /pains / ailments and dis-ease comes from an emotional place .
So we will be working on all bodies ... emotional / mental / spiritual AND Physical .
Absolutely encouraging healthy eating and making changes BUT you need to be ready to make the changes .
We will look at Organic / Chemical Free Products / Good Water and more all with a dash of crystals / sound and energy healing .... learning about our bodies and energy flow ....
Commitment is needed for the long haul .... only purchase your ticket if you are committed to the 10 session journey .
