Use journaling to tap into your own spiritual and emotional development and healing.Taught by a Medium who is also a writing teacher, this workshop will not simply tell you to journal, but will show you specific ways to use journaling to tap into your own spiritual and emotional development and healing. Writing to ourselves is an act of love, and one in which we give voice to our own stories and realities--in which nothing is off limits. We will use guided meditation, interesting exercises and discussion, and we will access our own true spirit, our memories, our eternal selves as we journal as a way to accompany ourselves through our lives. We will access those eternal selves in both childhood and adulthood as we create continuity and perhaps a practice to carry on. For in person classes notebooks and pens will be provided, but feel free to bring your own favorite writing materials if you have them as well. 1 ½ hour class.
