The Healing Feast offers food and music for healing connections with self, others, the earth, and the sacred. Singer/songwriter and sacred space facilitator Sari Brown created this monthly series to share nurturing, globally-inspired food that is mindful of the earth, along with deep, authentic conversations and uplifting, participatory music. The theme for this month is “Resting in the Divine Feminine” and will include a unique rest experience with guided movement, meditative music, and energetic healing practices. This event is intended to honor and uplift women, AND all genders are welcome to come and commune with the Divine Feminine and the feminine energy in all of us!
Featured facilitators/artists: Dwanda Hayton will guide healing practices, Ava Euper will shared a meditation, and Alaura Massaro will share healing music.
Benefit: 10% of all proceeds from The Healing Feast will go toward an organization aligned with our values. An additional 10% of proceeds will also be given back to our wonderful hosts, The Interfaith Center for Spiritual Growth.
Community Potluck: Ticket purchases are for the program from 6:30-8:00. Prior to the event, there is a free potluck hosted by the Interfaith Center for Spiritual Growth. All are welcome to attend and contribute a dish to pass (but you can still come without bringing a dish!).
Times: Doors open for the potluck at 5 PM, rest experience is from 6:30-8:00 PM.
Location: Interfaith Center for Spiritual Growth, 704 Airport Blvd., Ann Arbor, MI 48108
