Come join our 1st The Healing Cup Sacred Remembrance Circle....a "not your typical grief support group" gathering. We will gather on the new moon in November, a time for reflection, personal growth, and deeper communication. The new moon is considered to be supportive for starting healing work or to call in new energy for healing to begin.We very much want to build a community for those on their grief journey where validation, connection and love are felt by all.
Our 1st meeting will focus on storytelling and connecting with others while remembering those we've lost.
We will share in teas that are blended with grief work in mind, using the energetics of the herbs and moon to comfort, soothe and heal your mind, body and spirit.
All are welcome, no matter where you are in your grief journey.
