New Year Healing Circle Workshop 🌿
Release the Old. Ground into the New.
As we step into a brand-new year, you’re warmly invited to join us for a New Year Healing Circle Workshop, guided by Farina Latif, RSW, registered social worker and Reiki Master & Teacher.
January is a powerful threshold a time to gently let go of what no longer fits and consciously ground into the energy you want to carry forward. This nurturing circle offers a supportive space to slow down, reset your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself as you begin the year ahead.
My intention is to create a safe, inclusive, and trauma-aware environment where you can rest, reflect, and receive without pressure to “fix” or force anything.

Doors open at 6:20 PM.
Please arrive early to allow time for parking. Doors will be locked once the session begins.

Settle into the body and mind with a grounding meditation focused on clarity, intention, and nervous system regulation.
🎶 Sound Bath with Singing Bowl
Allow calming vibrations to release stored tension and support deep relaxation.
💬 Reflection & Gentle Sharing
Optional space to reflect on what you’re leaving behind and what you wish to cultivate in the year ahead.
💆 Reiki Energy Healing (no touch)
Receive collective Reiki to support emotional release, grounding, and energetic alignment.
🌀 Grounding & Self-Regulation Tools
Practical techniques you can take with you to stay centered as the year unfolds.
