We’ll be starting off with connecting to our bodies 👣 and what has been stored as well as our chakras and joints deepening and creating new bridges🌟 of awareness within our selves.
I will then begin calling in everyone’s spirit guides for them to connect to🧚as well as doing reiki healing 🐢on everyone and releasing any old stagnancy from the body.
You will leave each session feeling ready to take on the week ahead ,much lighter confident and connected to self🪶.
