A circle for healthcare workers by a healthcare worker. Take a moment from caring for others and let's care for you!ALL of You is welcomed to enter the circle with open arms, open hearts and open minds as we journey together in a healing connection to release, recharge and reground.
Gather with me at the park gazebo in sacred ceremony to release what no longer serves you. Just as our tree ancestors release their leaves, we will let go through nature mandalas.
Bring items of comfort (blankets, pillow, yoga mat, ect), water bottle or tea, and any natural elements to include in your mandala. Together we will breathe, ground, create and share.
