The Haunted Theatre Show: Nine Lives

HAUNTED MAGIC SHOW at Omaha's Historic 40th Street Theatre on Saturday the 4th of October, 2025. This year celebrates the 9th year of October magic at the theater. Doors open at 7:00pm with the stage show starting at 8:00pm. All seating is first come, first served. The theatre will be immediately open upon arrival. This year will be an hour long, all magic show with a 15 minute intermission in the middle. The 40th Street Theatre building is over 110 years old and is shrouded with ghost stories. This is your opportunity to see something truly magical: sorcery, mind reading, sleight of hand, and maybe even a ghost! - All mixed in with some Halloween fun.

PERFORMER

RYAN CHANDLER is an underground street magician and music artist known to appear occasionally in Omaha's Old Market. He is a David P. Abbott Award recipient from the Omaha Magical Society. His TV appearances include The CW Network's, "Penn & Teller: Fool Us" as well as their magic special, "Penn & Teller: Try This At Home." As this year marks the 9th year of having a Halloween show at 40th Street Theatre, this year's show will feature Ryan's top stage routines from over the past nine years. The doors will open at 7pm (an hour before the show) to allow time for you to check out the theatre and possibly even spot a haunted ghost cat.

His plan was to fix it up the way in which he fixes guitars. However, he never planned on discovering something truly magical hidden within the building... an old vaudeville theater dating back over 100 years. Hargiss knew immediately the right thing to do would be to restore the theater. Since then, he has experienced many weird and unexplainable strange things surrounding the theater. This is your chance to come see it for yourself... ..if you dare.
