At long last, New York City is finally getting a bona-fide, tryhard, WPPR-dense, pump and dump tournament. Sounds terrible right?
What if I told you it was completely free? (With a $60 dollar buy-in, and a reasonable coin drop).
That's right; it's all pump, no dump at the Harvest, a four day extravaganza with unlimited free qualifying.
Buy-in
$60 gets you entry into the main tournament as well as the classics tournament downstairs. Pay by venmo to gabriel-chazanov or pay $65 dollar at the door, cash or venmo.
The Main Bank will consist of ten games in the upstairs area, and the completely separate Classics Bank will occur on three games in the downstairs atrium.
Games will be lovingly operated and maintained by legendary local operator NYCPins Glenn, and the whole thing will be streamed in bold technicolor by hot fresh talent Matt Grady.
Main Qualifying hours
Thursday; 11/14 5 PM - 12 AM
Friday; 11/15 5:00 PM - 12:00 AM
Saturday; 11/16 12:00 PM - 12:00 AM
Main Finals
The top 24 qualifying players will advance to a PAPA style finals.
The top 8 qualifying players will receive a bye in the first. round.
Each round of finals will consist of three rounds of matchplay with 5-3-2-1 scoring. The top two scoring players from each group will advance to the next round.
Classics final
The top 24 qualifying players will advance to a PAPA style finals.

Money
The top 8 players in Main and Classic finals will receive a cash payout. The top 4 players in B will get paid.
After deducting about $400 for Trophies and volunteer swag, the rest of the entry fees will go towards payouts for finalists. Each tournament will have a share of the entry fees.
Main: 45%
Classic Edition: 40%
B Division: 15%
The prize structure for Classics and Main will be:
1: 40%
2: 20%
3: 15%
4: 10%
5-6: 6%
7-8: 1.5%
