Info: Richard has been involved in land acquisition, planning, design, construction and development since 1976 in all aspects of the residential market from single to multi-unit developments, concept to completion.

He is working with a number of landowners, investors and other developers maximising value whilst minimising risk. Richard's experience has been gained through the many mistakes made and successes achieved since the 1950's when his father started in the construction and development business.
