The ‘Happy Heart Club’ runs monthly throughout the year and each month, we focus on a specific theme. This month's theme is 'New Beginnings & Intentions'! Setting goals, intentions and creating space for positive changes in 2025 through Mindfulness, Meditation Breathwork, Yoga and Creative Arts / Journalling.
Leona's workshops are fun and creative! The aim of Leona's teachings are to build children’s mental, emotional and physical health and resilience ‘from the inside out’ through mindfulness, meditation, yoga, breathwork, music, stories, creative works and more! Leona's workshops provide children with a set of ‘forever coping tools and techniques’ that they can use during the daily demands and struggles of life that they may face.
Suitable for children aged 8yrs-12yrs. Places will be limited so don't miss out!!
