The Hands & Heart Project is a 5-week men’s creativity & connection program using hands-on making, movement, wood, leather, paint, breath, and rhythm to explore what it means to be human — together.
This is not therapy.
No creative experience needed.
Just show up once a week and be part of the whole journey.
🖐 Spray paint, movement, leathercraft, whittling & breath
👥 Small group (max 5 men)
🕗 Wednesdays 8–10pm
Dates: 4th February, 11th February, 18th February, 25th February, 4th March
💸 Sliding scale $50–$250 (pay once, covers all 5 weeks)
