THE HAHAS AND THE BLABLAS (POST PUNK/ZAGREB)
The Hahas and The Blablas are a new band from Zagreb, Croatia that plays playful new wave mixed with punk and garage, which means more major than minor, dance mid-tempo to fast rhythms, philosophical-humorous lyrics and questioning the meaning of life. The protagonists of their texts are, among others, Andy Kaufman, Debbie Harry, David Icke, Daniel whose song was stolen, a family of rats and their landlord, a friend who is for sale, etc. Čudnoređe is a singer-songwriter from Zagreb, Croatia. He is a guy with the acoustic guitar, but not the boring one that ruins every party by playing Wonderwall. He is not trying to be the next Bob Dylan. The music is a strange blend of rock, chanson, punk, folk, pop, rap and some other styles. If you listen to one or two songs and think to yourself "Ok, That's it ", well, it's not. Because the next song will be different from the previous one, and yet everything will sound recognizable to him and no one else.

A five piece Post-punk band from Antwerp, Belgium. We gladly welcome you to our wacky world of nonsense, fluctuating emotions and uncontrolled chaos. We tell whimsical stories from undying dogs that venture to far off planets to find a place to die, to lobsters with mommy-issues. All nonsensical it seems, but not really. The sound’s heavily influenced by contemporary Psych and heroes from the 80s like Byrne and Bowie, but don’t get too hung up on genres or influences. It’s simultaneously a bit of everything and a bit of nothing.
