Would you like a special boat excursion in The Hague? On Sunday, May 4, 2025, we have a canal cruise with a visit to the Atlantikwall Museum Scheveningen.
The figurehead is the command bunker in the complex Widerstandsnest 318 (Verteidigungsstab Badhuisweg). Also accessible in this complex is a type 622 crew bunker. This crew bunker is furnished as an experience bunker in which, among other things, films are shown. There is also a toilet bunker on display. There are still original objects on display from the German, British, Canadian and American troops.
We will leave Sunday at 12h00 in the direction of Scheveningen. At the boarding point in Westbroekpark we will walk together to the museum. At 12h45 the tour starts with an English speaking guide and if necessary people can also use the audio tour (German and French). After 1 hour we walk back towards the boat. On the way back we serve a nice cup of coffee or tea with a stroopwafel. For the children there is also a glass of lemonade. We sail back to the pick-up point. That will be around 14h30

Wil je graag een bijzondere rondvaart in Den Haag? Op zondag 4 mei 2025 hebben we een speciale rondvaart met een bezoek aan het Atlantikwall Museum Scheveningen.
Het boegbeeld is de commandobunker in het complex Widerstandsnest 318 (Verteidigungsstab Badhuisweg). Ook is er in dit complex een manschappenbunker van het type 622 toegankelijk. Deze manschappenbunker is ingericht als experiencebunker waarin onder andere films worden vertoont. Tevens is er een toiletbunker te bezichtigen. Er zijn nog originele objecten te zien van de Duitse, Britse, Canadese en Amerikaanse manschappen.
Wij gaan zondagochtend om 12:00 uur weg richting Scheveningen. Bij de aanlegplek in het Westbroekpark lopen we gezamenlijk naar het museum. Om 12:45 uur begint de rondleiding met een Engels sprekende gids en eventueel kunnen mensen ook gebruik maken van de audiotour. Na 1 uurtje lopen we weer richting de boot. Onderweg op de terug weg serveren wij een lekker kopje koffie of thee met een koekje erbij. Voor de kinderen is er ook een glas limonade. We varen weer terug naar de opstapplaats. Dat zal rond 14:30 uur zijn.
