Oh how I cannot wait for this one! Come and join myself and Caroline from My Conscious Yoga for a yoga retreat in the beautiful Andalusian mountains in Spain.
The retreat will include Vinyasa Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga and meditation.
The Hacienda serves the most delicious vegetarian food (vegan also available). All food and soft drinks are included. You also have the opportunity to purchase wine and other alcoholic drinks should you so wish!
No trip to the Hacienda is complete without a trip into the near by village of Montefrio.
You will have ample time to chill by the infinity pool or use the studios for your own personal practice.
The retreat is running Monday 26th June- Saturday 1st July 2023
