Sonia Chowdhury is a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner who specializes in working with busy career-driven women who are struggling with chronic & embarrassing digestive issues, fatigue, & period struggles by getting to the root cause of the issue and addressing them through nutrition and lifestyle related strategies so they can feel like their confident selves again!
