This workshop wraps up a meaningful journey through key areas of wellbeing. Along the way, we've explored how adopting a growth mindset can unlock our potential, embracing the idea that intelligence and abilities can grow through effort, curiosity, and learning from mistakes. We then looked at ways to make friends with stress, understanding it not as an enemy but as a messenger. From there, we learned how to sleep smarter, restoring our bodies and minds with better rest.
Now, as we complete this journey, we arrive at our final and perhaps most uplifting destination:

Whether you've attended our earlier sessions or are joining us for the first time, this workshop is your chance to reflect, reconnect, and reimagine what a joyful life looks like for you.
In This Workshop, We'll:
Rediscover your inner happiness—what it feels like, and how to access it
Explore what happiness really means to you personally
Playfully examine the science and research behind wellbeing
Reflect on life's contrasts—whether we need challenges to truly value joy
Learn practical ways to bring more resilience, meaning, and happiness into everyday life
This is not a lecture—it's an experience. Expect a mix of insights, gentle experiments, open conversations, and shared discoveries in a warm and welcoming environment.
This interactive workshop will be facilitated by a certified Wellbeing & Health Coach, Heidi Link, who will lead this session with empathy, blending evidence-based knowledge with practical, insightful coaching.
Heidi's mission is to inspire and vitalize the passion in people and organizations to create a lifestyle and culture of wellbeing where both individuals and businesses can thrive.
