We begin softly with cacao blended with blue lotus, offered in a gentle dosage to support heart opening and deep relaxation.
• 𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 — 𝐄𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝
We then move into breathwork.
Anya will intuitively guide the breath based on the collective energy so the experience remains gentle, supportive, and safe.
If the energy feels too intense at any point, it will always be softened.

You may choose to lie down or sit in meditation in whatever position feels most comfortable for you. Let the sound guide your awareness back into inner stillness.

Toward the end, the pace will gently slow, allowing you to softly return to yourself before the ceremony closes.
