The Grinch Grinder is our festive, fierce, and fun winter fitness showdown — where sweat meets service and we rally our hearts to give back in a BIG way.
Whether you're a Cindy Lou-Who newbie or a max-effort Mt. Crumpit crusher, there’s a spot for you. Go solo or grab a teammate for this event full of challenging workouts, holiday cheer, and just the right amount of mischief.

This event is a major way we support Food For Thought, a local nonprofit that delivers weekend meals to over 500 food-insecure kids across Spokane County.
