The Riddoch Arts & Cultural Centre invites you to The Green Room, an exciting new interactive creative space inspired by the current gallery exhibition, ππ―π«π°πΊ ππ©πͺπ΄ ππ³πͺπ±: π΅π©π¦ ππ³π΅ π°π§ ππΆπ΄πͺπ€ ππ°π΄π΅π¦π³π΄ which showcases iconic 1960s to 1980s concert posters from the National Gallery of Australiaβs collection, and the locally curated ππ³πͺπ± π΅π° π΅π©π¦ ππ°πΆπ―π΅ which highlights local music culture from the same era.
The Green Room features a collection of music posters from local bands, celebrating the regionβs thriving live music scene. But The Green Room is more than a galleryβitβs a hands-on, vibrant, immersive experience designed for all ages.
Interactive activities include:
β’ Poster Design: Unleash your inner designer and create your very own music poster on paper.
β’ Colour and Sound: Compose melodies with your feet on a giant, colourful, interactive piano.
β’ Cover star: Step into the spotlight and see yourself featured on the cover of The Riddoch Stone music magazine.
β’ Team Easel: Work alongside a friend or family member on the same whiteboard canvas and experiment with flowing lines.

The Green Room opens Saturday 14 December and will be open whenever the Riddoch is open until Sunday 23 February
