Join The Green Mycofarm for their first mushroom growing course at the Farmers Market on Saturday April 19th at 10:00AM. This class is limited to 20 participants, but all are welcome to stop by and learn about mushroom growing! The Green Mycofarm will be demonstrating how to inoculate hardwood logs with shiitake mycelium plugs.
Participants who purchase a log in advance will be guided through the process and gain knowledge needed to care for their shiitake log at home.
