The Green Barn sit, sew and craft days are for anyone who has a love for anything craft. We are about friendship, sharing of knowledge, chatter and laughter. There is no formal teaching, but if you ask, everyone is always happy to share their techniques, tips and tricks. You will find embroidery, quilting, hand piecing, cross stitch, knitting, crochet and more. You are welcome to bring your sewing machine.
Irons, ironing boards and a cutting table are supplied for your use.
It is a day to get together with friends who enjoy sewing, embroidery, knitting, crochet, painting and craft of all kinds.
BYO lunch and dinner or go and buy from the local shops. Ask Jane for some recommendations.
Tea and Coffee supplied all day and night.
Please bring your own mug.
Scones with jam and cream for morning tea.
Full kitchen available for heating and preparing food.
BYO cushion for the chairs or bring your own chair.
The days are held at the Bayswater Football Club/cricket Club in the Clubrooms at the back of the main oval off Bayswater Road. Enter through the Bluestone gates and turn left to park. Walk up the ramp to enter into the Clubrooms.
Cost: $25.00 for the day.
