Any staff have the right to challenge this.Guests need to bring their own chairs, these won’t be provided unless you have brought the V.I.P ticket.You're allowed entry from 7pm.Tickets start from £14.50 plus booking fees. They go all the way up to a VIP ticket £30.50.Film will commence at sunset or thereafter. Please be in 30 minutes before in case the film can start earlier.There is parking on site and toilets.On the day, your ticket can be shown by....Printing it off on paper, (actually don’t . Think of the environment ) On your Smartphone, If you lose your ticket we will have a master copy on arrival. Smoking / Vaping is permitted on site but only to the side and back of the event.Whilst we encourage you to have fun, sing and dance please be considerate for others around you, as we will not tolerate disorderly behaviour. Which may result in us asking you to leave the event. (If you want to dance during the film go to the side with your friends and even grab the organiser as he loves a good dance.)Intoxicated people won’t be tolerated and will be asked to leave. We want all people to be able to have a drink but also be sensible.
WEATHER: In the event of bad weather, we would make a decision 24 hours before hand whether or not to carry out the event. Unfortunately, if there is heavy rain/wind forecast we would have to reschedule. You will be contacted via email.We advise all guests to bring suitable clothing / footwear for the elements, we also advise even if it’s a hot day you will need warm clothing as the sun goes down it can get chilly. Anything to make you feel comfortable i.e. pillows , blankets !Rubbish: please be considerate, please either take your rubbish home or use the bins provided.REFUNDS: Unless we (open air film and chill) reschedule the event because we have deemed the event unsafe and you can't make the new date no refunds will be issued.As we get closer more important information might get released with regards to weather. Every film has an age rating, this will be adhered to.
What can I bring into the event?
We encourage you to bring warm clothing, a torch, extra layers, appropriate footwear depending on the weather for that day. Please note: NO BBQs.
Snacks are allowed on to this site. Drinks need to be purchased on site . Please note No BBQS.
