A talk by Nigel Amos.William Marshal (c. 1146-1219) is widely considered the epitome of a knight, hailed by historians and contemporaries as "the greatest knight who ever lived" for his legendary martial skill, unwavering loyalty to five English kings, success in tournaments, and embodiment of chivalry, rising from poverty to become Regent of England.
Nigel Amos is a prominent historical re-enactor, performer, and historical interpreter specializing in medieval English history, particularly Anglo-Saxon and Norman periods.
