The Salvation Army is active in virtually every corner of the world, serving 133 countries. We offer healing, hope, and help to all in need. Here in the Greater Valley we offer emergency assistance including a food pantry, financial assistance for rent and utilities, back-to-school assistance, and we offer holiday assistance to provide toys for boys and girls in the community. In addition, we offer an overnight camping experience for children and we have a community garden at our Corps location in Ansonia. Where there is need, you’ll find The Salvation Army – dedicated to Doing The Most Good!
