CONTEXT: Throughout the worldwide diaspora of Black people, fried fish transcends being just a meal. Fried fish is a vessel of connectivity and togetherness. Fried fish encourages community and belonging. On April 27th, we will have a line up of some of the most talented chefs in the nation (3 of them are James Beard Award nominees ?) popping up to give you their personal and cultural variations of a FISH FRY plate.???
