Our 45th Great Milwaukee Classic Tackle Show is one of our largest regional events. Show hours for the public Saturday, January 17th from 10am - 5pm, with member-exclusive activities Thursday - Sunday.
Show activities include new awards, including Best Display and Peoples' Choice Awards, with award announcements taking placing during a members breakfast on Sunday.
Other member-exclusive activities include survivorship auctions and silent auctions. Official Event activities will take place between January 15th – 18th, 2026 at the Sheraton Milwaukee-Brookfield Hotel.
We welcome attendance from the public and look forward hosting new attendees this coming year. For those folks reading this message that are not yet club members, please consider joining now or at one of our great events. In addition to our national benefits, member show attendees receive the following:
- Option to secure display/vendor tables
- Early admission to the event
- Ability to participate in our auctions

Show Tables:
This is about the time of year we get a run on tables. Each 8 ft table is $45 and you must be a member to reserve space. If you’re interested, please contact the show host Chris Slusar directly by email ([email protected]) or phone (262-960-2230).
New this Year!....Best Display Awards:
Best Display- Awarded to a single table floor display that best represents and educates on a lure, rod, reel, or ephemera collection. People’s Choice- Awarded to the floor display that receives the most member votes. Awards will be announced Sunday at 7:30 am- breakfast will be available in the Craftroom.
Auction Activities:
Consistent with recent years, our schedule will be as follows (subject to change/refinement):
January 14th, 5pm- Consignment Auction Preview (and Registration)
January 15th, 9am-Noon - Consignment Auction (this year, we will only have a morning session)
January 16th, 4pm-6pm- Survivorship Auction Preview (and Registration)
January 17th, Silent Auctions will run throughout the day
January 17th, 5pm-7pm- Survivorship Auction Preview
January 17th, 7pm- Survivorship Auction
Auctions are open to NFLCC members.

The public is welcome on Saturday for a small temporary membership fee which can be purchased at the door.
