Did you know Saturday, October 11 is National Costume Exchange Day? The City of South St. Paul, Dakota County Kaposia Library, and Neighbors, Inc. are hosting the 6th Annual Great Hallow-Green Costume Exchange.Starting Tuesday, September 16, bring new or gently used, laundered costumes to the Kaposia Library. You will receive a “New to You” coupon to trade for a costume on October 11 from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. at the Kaposia Library.
No costume to exchange? You can still shop starting at 10:30 a.m. with a monetary or food donation to Neighbors, Inc.
Any remaining costumes will be donated to the Neighbors, Inc. Clothes Closet. We are thinking green in South St. Paul.
