Under the expert guidance of Michele Zuckerman Lynch, CSW, FWS, French Wine Scholar and Managing Director of The Lux Group, you will embark on a rare exploration of world-renowned vintages, perfectly paired with a custom-designed, five-course menu.
The Evening's Extraordinary Journey
Your experience begins with an elegant Bubble Lounge Reception, followed by a seated dinner where each course is a symphony of flavor designed to highlight the complexity of these iconic wines.
Champagne Reception
Begin with the exquisite Champagne Henriot Millésime 2012, perfectly paired with Kusshi oysters crowned with champagne gelée and Kaluga caviar, and black truffle & Comté gougères.
First Movement: Domaine Michel Niellon Chassagne-Montrachet Clos St Jean Blanc 1er 2019 – accompanied by perfectly seared Barnegat scallops.
Second Movement: Domaine Henri Rebourseau Charmes-Chambertin Grand Cru 2018 – alongside hand-cut tagliatelle with pressed duck.
Third Movement: Château Mouton Rothschild Premier Cru 2009 – paired with rich Wagyu striploin and bone marrow custard.
Grand Finale: Château d'Yquem Premier Cru Supérieur 2015 – with foie gras macarons and artisanal desserts that blur the line between cuisine and art.
