Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
Yes, The Hall indoor venue is a 21+ only event. The outdoor Courtyard welcomes families and all ages.
What is the dress code?
We encourage you to dress in theme, Black tie, 1920s America, Prohibition, and Flapper Girls style. The dress code is at the manager's discretion. For the Courtyard area, we encourage you to come dressed in theme, but is not necessary.
What are my transport/parking options for getting to the event?
The Hall on The Yard is neatly tucked away in Ivanhoe Village on Alden Road. Across the street from a huge park there is free parking available, first come first serve. Additional parking is available onsite as well, with a text-to-pay option at $3 an hour. Please contact us if you would like to arrange round-trip transportation service to the event.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes. Our friendly and professional staff will ask for your ID and scan your ticket upon arrival. An original and valid passport/driving license must be shown at the venue for entry inside the hall (regardless of age).
What is the refund policy?
No refunds. All sales are final.
