As part of a collaboration between Bedford Drama Company and Swan Theatre Company, we need your help moving and sorting the contents of several containers full of props, scenery, and furniture. This is an important task to get everything in order for our upcoming productions, and we’re hoping to begin to tackle it on 5th and 6th April, starting at 10:00 AM each day.Your assistance would be greatly appreciated as we work together to sort and move these items into their proper places. It’ll be a team effort, and your support will make a big difference in getting everything organized.
Please wear clothes you don’t mind getting dirty, along with substantial footwear (such as sturdy shoes or boots). If you have manual handling gloves, please bring them along to protect your hands while moving items.
We’ll also be having a bring and share picnic lunch during the break, so please bring something to share with the group. It’ll be a great opportunity to relax, enjoy some food, and connect with everyone after the hard work.
