What is the Great Chase?
First run in 2003, GRV’s Great Chase series involves a community program which has raised more than $750,000 for groups that care for the intellectually and physically disabled.
How does it work?
Groups come together to enjoy a day out at their local racetrack where they receive free dinner, a chance to socialise and meet some of the heroes of our sport… the greyhounds.
The groups are randomly allocated competing greyhounds to cheer for on the day, with the best performing dogs winning prize money for their respective groups.
Who can participate?
The Great Chase community program is open to any organisation based in Victoria which cares for the intellectually or physically disabled.
