JUST ANNOUNCED - The Great Canadian Roadtrip returns in 2025 for its 2.0 edition, co-headlined by award-winning Canadian country artists Jason McCoy, Chad Brownlee, and Jason Blaine.
The trio will be taking a road trip through Dawson Creek and will perform on March 19th, 2025, during spring break at the Ovintiv Events Centre.
The Great Canadian Roadtrip 1.0 showcased the exceptional talents of Michelle Wright, Doc Walker, and Jason McCoy. Back by popular demand, the second incarnation of the tour will see Chad Brownlee and Jason Blaine take the stage alongside Canadian Country Music Hall of Fame recipient Jason McCoy.
The tour will deliver an experience that is not only unique but also deeply personal, offering fans an intimate look at the artists’ lives and the inspirations behind their music. Each artist will share personal stories and fascinating insights about their songs, accompanied by stunning visuals.
"The Great Canadian Road Trip with Michelle Wright and Doc Walker was such a success, and I’m honoured to be back for 2.0 with Chad and Jason! These guys are the best in the biz, and built for this unique format, where we share personal videos, our stories and our songs. It creates a real connection and makes each performance truly special,” said Jason McCoy.
“I can’t wait to get on the road with Jason Blaine and Jason McCoy in 2025. This will be the second cross-Canada tour for Blaine and I (Your Town Throwdown 2013) and the first voyage with Hall of Famer McCoy,” said Chad Brownlee. “Both of these legends have such a depth of talent it’s going to be a blast to share the stage with them. Gonna put the “hammer” down across this “Country Side”!”
"I can't wait to hit the road in 2025 with these guys. We've been friends for years so the camaraderie is already there and so is the music. There's a true appreciation for each other's songs and I think the fans are really in for a unique experience as we perform our hits together," said Jason Blaine.
