Join Hearing Dogs for The Great British Dog Walk at Bodiam Castle, Robertsbridge on, Sunday 19 May and help change a deaf person's life.Hearing loss is rising. This invisible disability has devastating impacts on people’s safety and mental health. Take part in this 3km or 5km sponsored dog walk, and raise funds to train more incredible hearing dogs who alert to life-saving and important sounds and break down social barriers for deaf people.
Sign up today and you’ll receive a FREE dog bandana, and every penny you raise will help deaf people to leave loneliness behind and reconnect with life.
The venue itself is beyond stunning, and walkers will have the opportunity to walk within the castle’s beautiful surroundings, as well as being on the look out for kingfishers, the resident barn owls and the famous steam train.

Walk start time: Mass start at 11am. Registration from 10am-11:30am.
Who: Walk in a big group of walkers and dogs or with your family and friends.

Distance: 3km (shorter, family friendly route) or 5km (longer route).
Sponsorship: The money you raise through your Great British Dog Walk will help create more amazing hearing dog partnerships that transform deaf people’s lives. There is no minimum sponsorship amount.
Terrain: he shorter route can be quite bumpy, and depending on weather may not be suitable for wheelchairs and buggies. Those who take the longer route will be crossing the Kent Ditch and depending on the weather this can be muddy so it is best to wear wellies. Not suitable for buggies or wheelchairs. Parking: Parking is avaliable at Bodiam Castle. Parking in the overflow car park will be free of charge for the event. However if parking in the main National Trust car park, and if you aren't a National Trust member, you would need to pay the general fee.
Other Facilities: Toilets, Cafe, Gift Shop, Second Hand Bookshop.
Because of the number of dogs expected, we do ask that dogs are kept on lead for the duration of the walk.
