Welcoming you back to the Restorative events for the inward journey of the darker turn of the wheel. We return to a place of rested healing for Autumn. Here, we look to land back to Earth. Over 2 hours of consisting deeply rested Yoga to start. Restorative Yoga is all laying or seated poses, fully supported, accessible to many, offering longer moments of open rest. Expect laying poses to ground you. Interlaced within this aspect are hands on holistic therapies to ease you into a return to your body and resting your mind, to open you to stillness.
We follow with a Sound Bath toned to the Season of Autumn. Here, we use deeper warmer instruments and tones to return you to the element of Earth, aligning you to the feel of the nature around you. Remember, you too are this nature.
Interlaced throughout the event are selected readings to align your awareness to Autumn. Earthy, Woody, Musk Essential Oils to permeate you and your surroundings, to help your descent into your being. Also included are selected meditations to rest your awareness within and breathwork (pranayama practices) to move your awareness and energy down and rooted into your body.
All of this takes place in a venue dressed, colour and candle lit in celebration of Autumn and to finish, Seasonal sweet nibbles are offered to help you drift back from your Autumnal journey of healing. Feel free to stay, chat, be, root. We are around until 5pm, so no rush to leave.
This event takes place on 21/9/25 between 2pm - 4pm at Weeley Village Hall. It costs £25 pre booked and paid via Bank Transfer or PayPal.
Please bring with you your mat, blanket and a couple of cushions and dress for deep rest. All other equipment is provided. Should you need a mat, please request one on booking. These are limited availability.
Please also bring a drink of your choice. As stated, sweet nibbles are provided, but if you have any specific dietary requirements, then best to bring your own (or to share :) The more the merrier.)
