A new moon circle for creative disruptors, AI dreamers, and unapologetically strange-in-tech Black voices.
About this Event

You’re not too weird. You’re just in the wrong rooms.

That ends here.

Welcome to The GPTurnip Society.
We’re building microworlds of possibility—one new moon at a time.

This is a space for Black tech disruptors, creative misfits, Gen Z builders, and AI-curious thinkers who don’t want to do things the traditional way. We gather monthly in person to build, play, and get real.

  • We use AI as a tool for freedom.
  • We remix each other’s prompts.
  • We share what we’ve made.
  • We swap ideas like soul food.
  • We don’t code-switch.
  • We don’t explain our worth.
  • We create microworlds where we belong.

This space is for you if:

  • You’ve ever felt alone in a room full of tech people
  • You use AI for writing, business, storytelling, therapy, or just fun
  • You’re building something strange and brilliant
  • You want to talk prompts, purpose, and real possibility without judgment

Event Summary:

This ain’t your typical AI meetup.

Welcome to The GPTurnip Society—a cozy, playful tech society for Black women creatives, Gen Z visionaries, and wise weirdos building magic with AI on our terms.

Every new moon, we meet virtually to:

  • Wear bunny ears (yes, seriously—it’s giving theme park in a K-drama)
  • Build something dope in ChatGPT or Canva
  • Remix our weird into strategy
  • Play games, pass the host mic, and whisper magic into our tech

No prior tech experience needed. Just bring your curiosity and your unapologetic self.

Agenda Overview:

6:00 PM – Welcome + Bunny Ears Check-In
Joyful vibes only. We set the tone with softness and silliness.

6:10 PM – Intention Setting: Space for Your Weird
We affirm our weird as wisdom. This is a no-code, no-coddle zone.

6:20 PM – GPTurnip Roll Call
Share your GPTurnip Name and one weird thing you're proud of.

6:35 PM – Community Build Session (Theme varies)
We co-create something together (last time it was Sparkle City!).

7:00 PM – Share + Explore Together
Everyone gets to see the magic. Open ChatGPT and vibe.

7:15 PM – Icebreaker Host Swap
One lucky attendee takes the mic. Then we split into smaller groups to go deeper.

7:25 PM – Turnip Games + Solo AI Adventures
Choose your adventure: team games, group GPT tasks, or solo prompts. Neena is on deck to guide you live.

7:45 PM – After Session Work (New Members)
You’ll create your Canva Membership Card to mark your entry into the Society.

7:55 PM – Closing Affirmation
We don’t apologize for our weird. We honor it. Stay tuned via our private page (QR code shared live).

Access Notes:
