About this Event

An immersive audio experience of Robert Louis Stevenson's masterpiece, Treasure Island, prepare yourself for a new adaptation that features live voice artists and sound design that will transport listeners from Bristol, England to somewhere in the Caribbean.

About the show:

A young boy’s aimless life is turned on its head when he meets the most nefarious gang of pirates to ever sail the seven seas in this exciting new adaptation of Robert Louis Stevenson’s timeless classic, Treasure Island. As the Golden age of piracy is coming to a close, young Jim Hawkins comes across a map that leads to the treasure of the wicked Captain Flint.

Though Flint has been dead for years, remnants of his crew have joined forces once again to get their hands on the map, beneath the guidance of Flint’s right-hand woman herself, the one legged Captain Long-John Silver. But as the journey unfolds, Jim will discover there may be more to Silver than meets the eye. Heroes will become villains, and villains will become heroes as Jim and Silver embark on the adventure of a lifetime.
