The Good Practice Community - Coffee Morning is an opportunity to discuss good employment practice with likeminded people-managers.

There will be informal roundtables discussions* to facilitate peer to peer learning, where attendees can ask each other questions on practice, their approach to common challenges and move as they wish across tables. The roundtable discussion topics are:

Transforming line manager disengagement
Encouraging financial wellness
Supporting young people in to work

There will be a short feedback session after, with the option to share any good practice heard with the wider room, followed by a relaxed networking session to conclude the event.

Who is this event for?

This event is aimed at HR professionals, people managers and those who can affect change within organisations. This event is exclusive to employees working at organisations who are Supporters or Members of the Good Employment Charter. *The roundtable discussions are informal and are not intended to be any kind of substitute or replacement for an organisation seeking formal HR or legal/employment law advice from a qualified professional.
