The Good Girl Recovery Circle

I’m gently inviting a small group of women and non-binary folks to join me for something close to my heart — The Good Girl Recovery Circle.

It’s a creative, therapeutic space for those of us who were taught to be pleasing, perfect, helpful and kind — no matter the cost.

A space to explore who we were told to be… and who we might become, if we stopped making ourselves smaller and quieter.

Each session includes:

✨ A creative reflection activity (no art skills needed!)

✨ Honest, optional sharing in a safe space

✨ Time to slow down, breathe, and come back to yourself

Info: We’ll explore the contradictions many of us carry — being “too emotional”, “too sensitive”, “too loud”… and yet somehow never quite enough. A space to notice where those messages came from, and begin to reclaim the fullness of who we are.

Info: As the year begins to slow, we’ll explore what it means to rest, retreat, and soften. Together we’ll gently reflect on the seasons of our inner world — and offer ourselves permission to pause, even when the world keeps asking us to perform.

Info: Start the year with gentle reflection and self-discovery. Explore what you want to let go of, what you wish to bring forward, and create small, personal rituals to reclaim your time, energy, and choices.

Info: Navigate connection and self-protection in a supportive space. Examine where you compromise, ponder gentle boundary-setting, and explore ways to ask for what you need while maintaining meaningful connections.

Info: Celebrate growth and authenticity before spring arrives. Reflect on how you’ve shown up for yourself, express your emerging self creatively, and consider how to carry this forward into your life with confidence and joy.
